Yale alarms are wirefree so there’s no mess to d?cor. They are easy to install and can take around 2 hours only
to fit. All the accessories are also wirefree and can be added at any time. A maximum of 20 components can be
used on any kit. The accessories can be used up to 30m away from the control panel or siren box, so you can
protect a shed, garage or outbuilding.
All our alarms operate on 433MHz high quality radio frequency and have over 16 million unique codes to prevent
hacking and limit interference.

Our alarms are flexible and upgradeable.
Where to locate the alarm

components:
Siren Box
This should be mounted to the front wall of
the outside of your property. If you have 2
siren boxes, then locate the non-working
box at the rear of your property. Siren Boxes
are a good deterrent and should
be as visible as possible.
The box should be accessible and not
directly under the eaves as high as possible.

PIR
Passive Infrared Detector. Use inside of your property, garage, shed or outbuilding. Activates alarm when
switched on if detects movement. Should be located above 1.5m from the ground ideally in the corner of a
room and within 30m of the control panel. A PIR does not need to be used in a room protected by a door/
window contact, i.e. a hallway or porch.

Door/Window Contact
Use inside of your property, garage, shed or outbuilding. Should be located above 1.5m from the ground. Use
on all external doors. Use on windows in rooms with no PIR.
(Hint A door/window contact is best used to cover rooms where pets may be kept instead of a PIR.)

Control Panel / Keypad
Locate near most frequently used entry/exit inside of property.
All products are supplied with batteries, fixings and fittings,
along with a simple to follow installation guide.
